Multiply Inc is an acquisitions company that uses a unique online event strategy to generate customers for media channels, software companies, consultants, and other entrepreneurs. The company has a mission to CHANGE THE WORLD! In order to do so, team expansion is required.

The company is seeking a highly motivated, hands-on Director of Operations to join its growing team. The DOO will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, leading the team, and ensuring that client events are executed with every detail cared for. 

The DOO will be responsible for the daily operations of client events from start to finish. Part of the process includes three client-facing meetings where the DOO will serve as the client’s point of contact for the project. Therefore, a need for professionalism and ability to communicate well with clients is a must.

 Responsibilities (tasks associated with the role)

Team Management and Development: Work closely with direct reports, cross functional teams and clients to achieve company objectives and goals.

• Manage and lead team members to achieve goals, assessing resource needs, sourcing and managing project-based contractors as needed
• Lead full hiring process and cycle for new team members as needed. Including recruiting and onboarding.
• Cultivate a positive work environment for team members focused on company values in order for them to thrive and produce excellent work
• Create a meeting cadence with team members, cross functional teams and management to ensure highest productivity and company growth

Project/Event Management and Implementation: Create project plans for each marketing initiative with timelines. 

• Hold team accountable to deadlines
• Achieve event execution to agreed upon timeline
• Use ClickUp to organize project and tasks
• Utilize ClickUp to automate project plan where/if able
• Serve as client liaison during three, strategic client meetings

Day-to-Day Operations: General functions and organizational tasks associated with the role

• Ability to track KPIs and analyze data in order to hypothesize business-driving marketing tactics
• Create KPI dashboards for tracking of projects and key metrics
• Integrate all major operating functions of the business
• Ensure thorough communication throughout the organization
• Create and automate (where possible) systems for the day-to-day activities of the business to simplify and streamline efforts
• Create and write SOPS for all areas of the business, and keep SOPs up to date
• Regularly analyze business systems and processes and implementing changes as needed
• Partner with the CEO to execute the business plan and achieve growth and revenue objectives

Requirements (expected proficiencies to excel in this role)

This position is for a person who is:

• Experience leading and executing online events.
• Experience working for an agency is a plus!
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with ClickUp or similar project management software
• Ability to work hands-on, managing detail-oriented projects in addition to high-level strategy.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve high levels of performance and productivity.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally.
• Receives a sense of passion and purpose from the work at hand.
• Understanding of digital marketing tactics and tools including:
  • Landing pages
  • Sales pages
  • Sales and checkout pages
  • Email campaigns
  • Lead generation
  • Webinars

Additional requirements:

• Available to work 8 am - 5 pm EST
• In U.S. time zones. (Preference will be given to candidates local to Melbourne, Florida, or those willing to relocate)
• Access to a computer 
• Reliable internet connection
• Reliable and distraction-free work environment if remote

Offer Details

This is a full-time, employee position. Remote office is acceptable, but preference will be given to candidates local to Melbourne, Florida, or those willing to relocate. Base salary is between $90,000 - $110,00/year with a profit share structure paid quarterly.
