Do you love overseeing projects and ensuring teams have what they need to meet deadlines and complete tasks well?
Does creating workflows and processes so they run efficiently light you up?
Do you have experience with internet marketing and online businesses?
Then the Copy Squad team needs you!
A growing copywriting business is seeking a full-time Technical Operations Specialist to support its expansion. The role involves optimizing internal workflows, managing client onboarding and communication, and building the systems that ensure that the writing team has what they need to deliver high-quality marketing content on time.
The business specializes in crafting persuasive copy for online brands, including sales funnels, email sequences, and other digital marketing assets. With demand currently exceeding capacity, the team is looking to create systems that help scale operations to serve a growing list of clients.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable holding team members accountable for deadlines and deliverables. You’re not just skilled at solving problems as they arise—you’re committed to continually building systems that prevent recurring issues and ensure long-term stability. Familiarity with conservative viewpoints is welcome, and experience with internet marketing and managing sales campaigns is a plus.
You thrive in building and refining processes, and you’re not afraid to get hands-on to ensure goals are met. You hold yourself and others to a high standard and believe that excellence—not adequacy—is the benchmark.
If you're energized by the idea of helping a results-driven copywriting business grow and support successful online brands, this opportunity could be a great fit.
