Raising Well Kids is looking for a passionate and motivated Brand Partnerships Manager dedicated to nurturing and cultivating relationships with our current affiliates, while also seeking out new partners to expand and enhance their brand collaborations. Raising Well Kids is an educational platform that inspires conscious parenting decisions, challenges mainstream advice, and promotes open dialogue that stimulates healthy discussions around raising well kids.

With more than 385k followers on Instagram, Raising Well Kids has cultivated a community it cares deeply about and the brands the company partners with must be aligned with their mission. At the very least, you understand the wellness space and can list products that would make for a great partnership with Raising Well Kids.

The ideal Brand Partnerships Manager will step into the role with strong analytical skills, reviewing and improving their current affiliate processes to foster long-term growth with brands. Meticulous management of affiliate assets and promotion performance is a must. It is also key to understand the dance between a 3 month content calendar and promotional product placement.

Responsibilities (tasks associated with the role)

  • Affiliate Recruitment and Management: 
    • Identify and recruit affiliates whose products align with the influencer's brand and audience. 
    • Negotiate partnership terms.
    • Onboard new affiliates.
    • Maintain relationships to ensure mutual success.
  • Partnership Development: 
    • Cultivate strategic partnerships with brands to enhance the influencer's monetization opportunities and expand their reach. 
    • Coordinate partnerships with a content calendar and other affiliate sales to drive engagement and conversions.
    • Negotiate collaboration terms and foster long-term relationships.
  • Performance Monitoring: 
    • Track the performance of affiliate and partnership promotions, including key metrics such as clicks, conversions, and revenue generated. 
    • Analyze data to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
  • Revenue Optimization: 
    • Implement strategies to maximize revenue generation from affiliate and partnership activities. 
    • Explore opportunities for upselling, cross-promotion, and other monetization tactics to increase the influencer's earnings potential.
  • Contract Management: 
    • Manage contractual agreements with affiliates and partners, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. 
    • Monitor performance metrics, track deliverables, and handle any issues or disputes that may arise during the partnership.
  • Relationship Management: 
    • Cultivate strong relationships with affiliates / partners to foster trust, collaboration, and mutual support. 
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, feedback, and coordination between parties.
  • Strategic Planning: 
    • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to grow the influencer's affiliate and partnership network, increase revenue streams, and enhance brand visibility. 
    • Identify emerging trends, industry opportunities, and innovative partnerships to drive long-term growth.

Requirements (expected proficiencies to excel in this role)

This position is for a person who is:

  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Creative and strategic thinker.
  • Passion for wellness products.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Manages time well.

Additional requirements:

  • Access to a computer. 
  • Reliable internet connection.
  • Reliable and distraction-free work environment.
  • US-based contractor.

This position is NOT for someone who:

  • Likes to be micromanaged.
  • Is an influencer with a large following.

Offer Details

This is a part-time, contractor position for approximately 10 hours per week. The monthly retainer is between $1,500-$2,000 (based on experience).
