Dr. Alessandra Wall, CEO of Noteworthy, is seeking a part-time remote Business Development Specialist to find and schedule vetted and interested prospects into sales calls with her. She is looking for someone with sales skills, industry experience in STEM and finance, and who will be genuinely motivated to grow her company and her mission.

Noteworthy is a boutique executive coaching firm that specializes in 1:1 and group coaching for executive women and leadership training, workshops, and group coaching options for larger organizations. An executive coach, speaker, and author, Dr. Wall specializes in helping executive and senior-leading women in male-dominated industries secure careers that marry success and fulfillment.

You are perfect for this role if you support female empowerment, heart-centered sales and marketing, and are comfortable and confident on the phone. You are excited to help develop an outreach strategy and process for creating a list of high-quality, interested leads, follow up with them, and book them into sales calls.

You are responsive and timely with communication, you strive for excellence in what you do, and you’re a self-starter who takes initiative. You’re also honest and clear about your skill sets because you want things to be done well and done right, even if you’re not the best person to do them.

Responsibilities (tasks associated with the role)

  • Create and consistently grow a list of strong, appropriate, vetted leads for sales calls (ideally 15-30 a week or more)
  • Schedule appointments with leads on Dr. Wall’s calendar
  • Identify points of contact for prospective organizations who may benefit from Noteworthy’s services
  • Cold call and follow up with these points of contact
  • Develop an outreach strategy and process to systematize lead flow
  • Communicate as needed and in a timely manner with Dr. Wall
  • Send a weekly check-in email to Dr. Wall
  • Meet with Dr. Wall once a month to discuss progress, strategies, and ask for guidance as needed to perform your duties

  • Requires micro-management to get things done
  • Habitually takes longer than 24 hours to respond
  • Is unavailable to work during U.S. time zone hours

Offer Details
This is a part-time, remote, contract position and is open to international candidates.

Hours are 10-15 per week and you will start ASAP. 

Base pay is $1,500 for the first month and $1,000 per month thereafter. Commission includes $40 for appointments booked and show up + 15% commission on initial client contract.
