Project & Performance Management
  • Lead projects from kickoff to completion—internal, client-facing, and strategic
  • Define, track, and report KPIs—starting with a 30-60-90 day plan for the bookkeeping team
  • Liaison with our CMO and external consultants to implement our marketing blueprint
  • Help implement marketing, tech, and process strategies into repeatable systems

This position is not for someone who:

  • Avoids documentation or is conflict-averse
  • Gets stuck in “paralysis by analysis” or needs constant direction
  • Doesn’t empower others or build collaborative momentum
  • Fails to see the bigger picture and build scalable, repeatable systems

Team & Culture
We’re a close-knit, fully remote U.S.-based firm offering advisory, tax prep, and bookkeeping services nationwide. Our culture is friendly, fast-paced, and focused, with open communication, honest feedback, and a strong sense of collaboration.
Work-life balance is real here. We value autonomy paired with accountability: owning your work, managing your time, communicating clearly, and delivering high-quality results on schedule. No micromanagement, just clear expectations and consistent follow-through.
Our work is deadline-driven, but we avoid chaos. We plan ahead, communicate early, and respect each other’s time. The goal? Great work for great clients, without burnout.
We care deeply about our clients and our team. We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented people who take pride in doing things right and thrive in a transparent, structured environment. Trust, ownership, and accountability are what make our team thrive, and what set us apart.

About Our Firm
TTS is a people-first, detail-driven advisory firm, not just a bookkeeping and tax shop. We help clients gain clarity on cash flow, understand margins, and grow strategically. Our team thrives on supporting business success.
We’re fully remote, drama-free, and built on collaboration and clarity. Work-life balance is real here. Every team member contributes to delivering financial clarity, strategic insight, and long-term growth.
After eight years serving the mental health field, we’re now focused on trades professionals, especially HVAC businesses. Our services are tailored to this industry’s needs, from compliance and tax planning to real-time financial strategy.
We offer three Advisory Partnership Packages, all built on professional bookkeeping with increasing levels of advisory. Tax prep is available only as an add-on, because clean, accurate books are the foundation for everything: filings, cash flow, and strategic insight.

Our service suite spans compliance, strategy, and advisory, including:
  • Professional bookkeeping (accrual, reconciliations, job costing, WIP, inventory, overhead allocation, reporting)
  • Advisory and financial insight (dashboards, cash flow forecasting, margin analysis, benchmarking, scenario planning, operational advisory)
  • Tax and compliance support (1099 filing, sales tax registration and filing, corporate and individual returns, multi-state filing, tax planning, S-Corp consulting, historical cleanups). Visit us here.
