Dr. Harding is seeking a professional sales expert that wants to join her team of high performers. In order to be the ideal candidate, you must have a drive and level of professionalism that matches the Fortune 500 corporations you will be calling on. The ideal candidate is an advocate for this coaching and consulting industry, understands entrepreneurship, and understands sales strategy that will result in new business for ultra high ticket sales.
Most importantly, the person that fills this role is an expert at nurturing and securing entrepreneurial and corporate relationships at the C-suite level, and sees a vision for hitting quota.
You are perfect for this role if you are proactive and can anticipate needs before they arise. You can cultivate relationships on LinkedIn that result in high ticket sales. You are comfortable and confident on the phone speaking with executives. You have a proven track record for developing corporate relationships from initial contact to final sale from linkedin and other sources (both warm and cold markets) that yield positive results. You are excited to help develop an outreach strategy and process for creating a list of ultra high-quality, interested leads, follow up with them, and ultimately convert them to paying clients.
You should bring a foundation in corporate sales that provides you with confidence and experience for working a pipeline of leads. You are responsive and timely with communication, you strive for excellence in what you do, and you’re a self-starter who takes initiative. The majority of your work will be remote; however, occasional travel is required to interact with prospects and clients..
Responsibilities (tasks associated with the role)
- Creating Corporate Relationships and Closing Sales
- Develop innovative strategies to build corporate relationships and target ultra high-ticket clients
- Build and nurture relationships with followers, connections, and industry influencers.
- Identify points of contact for prospective organizations who may benefit from Crown Leadership’s services.
- Cold call and follow up with these points of contact
- Create and consistently grow a list of strong, appropriate, vetted leads.
- Develop an outreach strategy and process to systematize lead flow.
- Identify key partners and opportunities within Dr. Harding’s network and create introduction meetings.
- Follow up with leads in a timely and ongoing manner.
Requirements (expected proficiencies to excel in this role)
This position is for a person who is:
- 5 years + experience in corporate sales
- College degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or equivalent
- Experience closing enterprise sales
- Experience working with a coach or consultant is a plus
- Comfortable making phone calls
- Excellent at following up with prospective leads
- Available to travel a few times per year as needed (once per quarter)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to to work autonomously
- Positive attitude that is contagious

Additional requirements:
- Available to communicate and meet during EST working hours
- Attend weekly team meeting on Mondays at 11am Eastern

Offer Details
This is a remote, part-time, contractor position requiring approximately. The role is based on results; however, the amount of hours needed per week are 10-15 hours.
Base pay is $2,000 per month with a tiered commission plan.

She has coached executives and the teams of many fortune 200 companies providing business strategy and insights.
Dr. Harding has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and attended a Master’s in Counseling Psychology (MFT) program. Her Psychology Doctorate is in Organizational Management and Consulting.
