Position Overview

Are you an experienced marketing professional that has helped a company scale?

Do you have a strong marketing foundation with experience working in all aspects of a marketing department?

Do you let data influence your decision making?

Then the team at This Naked Mind needs you!

Annie Grace and her team of A-players at This Naked Mind are seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to work closely with the CMO and step in as a leader in the marketing department. This role will focus on implementing the latest marketing strategies, tactics, philosophies, and processes to grow the company through increased traffic, engagement, and a strong brand identity. Proven experience is important, but the desire to grow further in a marketing skill set is also needed by the ideal candidate.

This Naked Mind is a mission-driven organization empowering individuals to transform their relationship with alcohol and achieve happier, healthier lives. This Naked Mind teaches individuals how to effortlessly disconnect the emotional and subconscious ties they feel to alcohol so they no longer have the desire to drink. This grace-led, science-based approach has helped people where rehabs have not. Today, This Naked Mind is the leading alternative to AA and has turned into a movement impacting millions across the globe.

Sobriety is not a requirement for this role, but being a marketing rockstar is! Your marketing journey most likely started in organic marketing focusing on social media, podcast production, YouTube, website conversion, or SEO. Even if that wasn’t your starting point, you are well versed in those areas of marketing. You are highly skilled at tracking and interpreting KPIs to make better marketing decisions. You let data lead because numbers don’t lie.

You are perfect for this role if you have found yourself in the weeds of marketing. That could include funnel building or turning campaigns on or off in Meta. At this point in your career, you lead others to do the doing, but you are still able to jump in and get things done. The ultimate goal is to execute and implement new marketing strategies. All the while, you take extreme ownership.

You are passionate about marketing, and you geek out over new marketing trends. Watching the ROAS improve or optimizing a funnel’s conversion rate gets you giddy. Even though you’ve been in the marketing game for awhile, you still find joy in what you do. Aligning with a mission-focused company that wants to scale gets you fired up. You know that working at a startup allows for opportunities not found elsewhere. The impact you can make in the business (and in people’s lives) is limitless.

Founded by Annie Grace in 2015, This Naked Mind was built upon the findings she discovered during her personal journey of changing her own relationship with alcohol. This grace-led, science-based approach has helped people where rehabs have not. Today, This Naked Mind is the leading alternative to AA and has turned into a movement impacting millions across the globe with more than a million books sold, 24 million podcast downloads, 450,000+ registrants for the free program, The Alcohol Experiment, and 300,000+ subscribers receiving daily email encouragement.

The cultural pillars of the company include:

Grace First

  • We believe that humans need to be reminded of their worth more than their failures.
  • We believe that gentleness and non-resistance is the path to lasting change
  • We recognize that the human brain is wired for survival, which means judgment rather than Grace, so we see that Grace First must be something we do with ourselves in order to be able to extend it to others.

We Run On Light Energy

  • We prioritize Joy, Fun & Playfulness knowing that when we fuel our actions with light energy (instead of the heavy energies of fear, frustration, anger and overwhelm) we are happier, more productive, more efficient and able to serve our clients and movement better!
  • We use our own, The TNM,  techniques to choose thoughts that feel good and get us the results we desire.

We Set a New Standard

  • Whatever we do we aim to do it better than anyone has ever done it before.
  • We set a new standard in our roles, departments, programs, products, and ourselves through constant growth.
  • We take 100% personal responsibility for our personal work, and the entire company.
