Rain Media: Direct Response Copywriter

Position Overview

Rain Media is the company that launched the highly successful brand, Organics Ocean. Organics Ocean is an ecommerce brand bringing unique supplements to market, and we are dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of our customers. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Direct Response Copywriter to support our Performance Marketing team. As the perfect fit, you will have experience writing direct response copy for advertorials, product pages, and product comparison pages. Experience with long form VSL copy would be a plus. 

Responsibilities (tasks associated with the role)

• Craft persuasive and engaging advertorials that bridge editorial content with promotional messaging.
• Develop narratives that educate the audience while subtly leading them toward the product or service being advertised.
• Research and incorporate industry trends, customer pain points, and product benefits to create compelling advertorial content.
• Write clear, compelling, and conversion-focused product descriptions for nutraceutical products, highlighting benefits, key ingredients, and unique selling points.
• Understand regulatory guidelines for nutraceutical products and ensure all claims are substantiated and compliant.
• Edit and proofread copy to ensure it is free from errors, adheres to brand voice, and meets high-quality standards.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders, making necessary revisions while maintaining the integrity of the copy.
• Stay flexible and responsive to project deadlines, delivering high-quality copy on time.
