Position Overview

Do you know how to drive revenue in a D2C Brand?

Do you have a performance-driven mindset where you let data make decisions?

Do you have a deep understanding of how to marry data with creative strategy?

Do you have a “will to win” that leads you to be scrappy, resourceful and unafraid to take charge in challenging situations?

Then, this opportunity at Kings Loot is for you!

Kings Loot is a faith-based e-commerce company that builds everyday carry products that last a lifetime, including wallets, watches, belts, accessories, and luxe bags. This company values Kingdom Culture, honor, integrity, leadership, teamwork, and excellence. This team feels like a family and believes in a positive environment where growth can happen, while also welcoming feedback and differing opinions.

King’s Loot is looking for a dynamic and driven Director of Performance Marketing to join our team and help us scale to the next level. We need numbers and data-driven experts who knows how to make tough decisions in the ad account, especially under high-pressure situations. You’ll oversee our multi-channel strategies, with a focus on Meta media buying, while ensuring creative strategies are aligned with data insights. If you’ve successfully led performance for a multi 8-figure e-commerce brand or an agency serving such brands, we want to hear from you.

This role is for someone who is scrappy, competitive, and has a relentless will to win. You know what it takes to drive results and thrive in an environment where performance is everything. You’ll work with a small team of media buyers, but ultimately, you’ll be the one who knows how to do it better and faster. Contribution margin is our north star, and we need someone who understands how to leverage omni-channel marketing, drive long-term customer value, and optimize the customer journey from first touch to retention.

At King’s Loot, we value integrity, honesty, and clear communication. You’ll be working closely with leadership and other departments, and we expect you to bring strong opinions backed by data while staying aligned with our brand’s values. If you’re ready to join a fast-paced, high-growth company and be the rainmaker that drives our performance, this role is for you.
