Early Life Nutrition Alliance is seeking a highly motivated, hands-on Digital Marketing Operations Coordinator to join its growing team. This person will be responsible for running the marketing machine and keeping the wheels oiled. 

Early Life Nutrition Alliance aims to support health care professionals advocate for the role of nutrition during the first 1,000 days through the provision of training, coaching and resources. The company utilizes online courses, webinars, memberships and social media to spread its mission.

You have skills ranging from email marketing, tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring that all marketing materials are in line with the identity of the brand. 

Ultimately, you will help build and maintain strong and consistent sales through a wide range of online marketing channels. The right person needs to step in this role to achieve all the marketing initiatives that will support that growth. Responsibilities (tasks associated with the role)

General Responsibilities

  • Keep the marketing budget profitable for the year.
  • Work with other team members to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Utilizing Asana, oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Review and refine copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness.
  • Achieve endorsements of the program from leading international associations.
  • Nurture and build relationships with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
  • Re-market to alumni.
  • Audit YouTube strategy and implement new ideas to continue growth of the platform.
  • Optimize websites utilizing SEO.

KPI Tracking:

  • Emails: Track open rates, click-through rates, and other key metrics to optimize email performance.
  • Social Media: Track social media metrics, analyze trends, and provide regular reports on performance.
  • Live Launches: Participant engagement through launches.
  • And more as needed.

Live Launch Management

  • Manage active Facebook group during a live launch including private messages with group members to generate sales.
  • Follow up on leads during live launch including emails and phone calls.
  • Lead team and project management of two live launches per year. Ensure all initiatives are met, tech is working, and details are scrutinized. 

Funnels

  • Utilizing templates in Kajabi, build funnels as needed in order to optimize conversions.
  • Monitor funnel performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve conversion rates.

Facebook Ads and Ad Spend

  • Plan, create, and manage Facebook ad campaigns to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Oversee ad spend and allocate budgets to maximize ROI while staying within financial limits.
  • Analyze ad performance metrics, such as CTR, CPA, and ROI, to optimize campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Nutrition Plus (Brick and Mortar side of business)

  • Strategize and create funnels to direct clients to the site through the practice management software
  • Nurture and build referral relationships.
  • Build content in Kajabi as needed.

Requirements (expected proficiencies to excel in this role)

  • 2 + years of experience in the digital marketing industry.
  • 2+ years of experience with online funnels
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software as needed.
  • Ability to work autonomously in order to meet deadlines and oversee projects to completion. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Benefits

$50-60/hr USD rate, depending on proven experience. Approximately 20-25 hours per week. Opportunity for increased hours as the position grows.
