Rain Media: Affiliate & Influencer Manager
Hiring: Affiliate & Influencer Manager
Company: Rain Media I Organics Ocean
Reports to: Director of Customer Acquisition
Status: Full-time/W2
Location: Remote with limited potential travel
Position Overview
Are you a relationship-driven marketer who thrives on building authentic influencer partnerships, growing affiliate programs, and turning social media presence into measurable revenue?
Rain Media | Organics Ocean is hiring an Affiliate & Influencer Manager to take full ownership of our influencer partnerships, affiliate program operations and creator relationship management — building these programs from the ground up. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for finding the right creators, managing active relationships, driving content performance and ensuring affiliate campaigns are tracked, optimized and delivering measurable results at all times.
This role sits at the intersection of brand awareness, new channel growth and customer acquisition. This role is hands-on and results-driven, not high-level strategy. Program direction and budget decisions are owned by leadership. The Affiliate & Influencer Manager owns the day-to-day execution: influencer sourcing and outreach, creative brief development, relationship management, content monitoring, affiliate link tracking, and performance reporting. Success in this role means leadership can trust that partnerships are active, affiliate data is clean and current, and the program is scaling, without needing to follow up.
Who we are: Organics Ocean
We are a premium direct-to-consumer supplement brand helping people live healthier lives through science-backed, clean, and effective products.
We’re not a company where things stay the same. We test, we optimize, we innovate, and we want someone who thrives in that kind of high-accountability, fast-paced environment.
Why join our team?
High-growth eCommerce brand: Driven by innovation and fast execution, Organics Ocean has seen 350% year over year growth.
Ownership & Accountability: We trust our team members to take full ownership of their responsibilities. You are empowered to lead, execute, and improve without micromanagement. We value individuals who take initiative, hold themselves accountable, and drive meaningful results.
A team of high performers: We push boundaries, move fast, and get things done. The company is in a hockey stick growth phase. This is not a good fit for those who don’t want to grow.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Influencer Program Management
- Build and manage a roster of 15–25 micro-influencers across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube (~5 active per platform per month).
- Identify, vet, and onboard influencers based on audience demographics, product alignment and performance potential.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between influencers/creators and internal teams.
- Write clear, strategic creative briefs that guide content creation and drive conversions.
- Monitor content performance daily; flag high-performing videos to the paid media team for Instagram whitelisting and TikTok Spark Ads.
- Develop and refine criteria for evaluating influencer success and roster management
- Assist with contract coordination — ensure agreements are drafted, signed, and returned in a timely manner; escalate red lines or legal concerns as needed.
TikTok Shop Affiliate Program
- Own TikTok Shop affiliate program operations end-to-end — recruit, onboard, manage, and optimize.
- Seed a large batch of affiliates simultaneously at launch to spike velocity and hit the 5K order threshold.
- Build and manage an affiliate leaderboard with bonus incentives (cash, products) to drive competition.
- Recruit affiliate coaches — creators with audiences of other affiliates — to scale the program faster.
- Engage actively in Discord communities where TikTok Shop affiliates organize.
- Ensure affiliates are paid promptly — payment reliability is non-negotiable and a competitive advantage.
- No discounting hero products; use bundles or intro SKUs for TikTok Shop only.
- Ensure every TikTok Shop order includes an insert driving customers to the DTC subscription.
Affiliate Program Management
- Own affiliate program operations — manage links, track EPC (Earnings Per Click), and report on performance with a focus on lowering the cost of new client acquisition over time.
- Primary platform: Everflow. Also work with Impact, ShareASale, and/or TikTok Shop affiliate program as needed.
- Coordinate contract signing and processing — ensure agreements are executed and filed; escalate legal red lines as needed.
- Build and scale the affiliate program collaboratively with the Director of Performance & Customer Acquisition.

- Coordinate product seeding with supply chain and the growth team.
- Work closely with the Paid Media team to identify and whitelist top-performing influencer content.
- Collaborate with the Creative/Video team to align on content direction and licensing opportunities.
- Partner with the Customer Acquisition team to drive new channel growth and lower CAC over time.

The company is a place for innovation. Team roles and responsibilities are clear, and the passion for being a part of something bigger than one’s self is shared among everyone. The environment is casual, but the work is serious. Riding this wave of growth only works with A-Players on the team, and that is what everyone is: an A-Player.
Cultural Pillars:
- Accountability: Take full ownership of your responsibilities and their outcomes. You commit to seeing work through, accepting both successes and failures, and continuously learning and improving along the way. Accountability requires visibility, we make work visible by default through clear processes, documentation, and open communication so leaders have line of sight, teams stay aligned, and issues are identified early. .
- Operational Excellence: We believe in a strong foundation and scalable business. In e-commerce, every action becomes a building block, and small cracks compound quickly as we grow. We prioritize building reliable processes, systems, and standards that hold up under scale. We fix breakdowns early, design for consistency, and execute with discipline so growth doesn’t introduce chaos.
- Clarity & Trust: Clarity builds trust, and it goes both ways. Leaders are responsible for setting clear expectations, priorities, and context. Team members are responsible for asking questions, raising their hands, and seeking clarity when something is unclear. When clarity is actively given and actively sought, trust grows, decisions improve, and teams move faster together.
- Efficient Leverage: Efficient leverage means doing the right work, not more work. We challenge the status quo, explore better ways of working, and speak up when we see opportunities to improve. We value fresh thinking, but apply it with intention, building systems, getting to decisions, and creating leverage that drives meaningful impact. Through innovation paired with discipline, we pull the right levers to move the business forward and scale sustainably.
- Move Fast and Persevere: We push forward with speed and determination, even when things get tough. In the fast-paced world of e-commerce and startups, challenges are inevitable. Success comes from acting quickly, adapting, and staying resilient when obstacles arise. We don’t slow down when things get hard—we press through and keep moving forward.
