Responsibilities (tasks associated with the role)

Team Management and Development

  • Manage and lead team members to achieve goals, assessing resource needs, sourcing and managing project-based contractors as needed
  • Manage agencies ensure KPIs are achieved
  • Lead full hiring process and cycle for new team members as needed. Including recruiting and onboarding.
  • Conduct regular employment reviews with each team member
  • Develop internal training programs for internal use
  • Conduct team meetings 

Operations

  • Implement and manage an EOS system within the business
  • Integrate all major operating functions of the business
  • Ensure thorough communication throughout the organization
  • Create and automate (where possible) systems for the day-to-day activities of the business to simplify and streamline efforts
  • Create and write SOPS for all areas of the business, and keep SOPs up to date
  • Regularly analyze business systems and processes and implementing changes as needed
  • Partner with the CEO to execute the business plan and achieve growth and revenue objectives
  • Track key metrics for business activities to measure the effectiveness of efforts and give strategic guidance to move the company forward
  • Forecast, manage and troubleshoot supply chain issues
  • Analyze and improve the customer experience in every area of the business

Customer Service

  • Analyze and improve the customer experience in every area of the business
  • Optimize software to improve customer retention and mange CS reps

Social Media

  • Lead the creation and implementation of social media channels and strategies, utilizing team members as necessary.

Requirements (expected proficiencies to excel in this role)

This position is for a person who is:

Offer Details

This is a full-time, remote, employee position. Pay is between $90,000-$100,000/year (based on experience). Benefits include:
